check out the last row of tiles, the negative fall in the gutter and the lack of felt, which he advised would be replaced.

And we think the lead flashing is to form a gulley because he cut the gutter too short. Did I mention that there is negative rise and fall in the gutters so I have gutters full of water. Surely a fundamental of fitting gutters :).
