So I started this project because like most people I just didn't have enough space in my house or anywhere to keep my fishing gear or my Sunday league football teams kits and nets the type of stuff that gets too dirty to keep in the house. I began to build my shed at the end of January 2012...

So this is pretty much how the shed still is now the garden has been turfed and I have also built a pond from railway sleepers. Will add some other photos when I load them onto the PC.

I had never had a go at this point at rendering or plastering which is probably a good thing. But still I didn't mind having a crack took a while to get used to not dropping it but once I got going it didn't look to bad for a shed anyway's.

My felt roof which isn't very good but it does the job. For now.

After weighing up my options I decided to put a flat roof on mainly at this point due to it all adding up and starting to become more costly than I first thought. The french doors I got for nothing from a job I was working on.

On went the wall plates.

Having dug plenty of footings before I can honestly say these where the hardest I've attempted to dig. I dug the middle out as I was going to go with a concrete base so I stupidly dug it all out then got a quote for the concrete. Went with the cheaper option and shuttered it.

This is an album from start to finish of a shed I have built in my garden. I have since decided I am not happy with it and intend to start work on it soon as the weather starts to get better.
