Hi I want to put a outside lantern outside my front door, can I do this on a normal plug and just switch on when needed? Problem being the lantern I bought only has room for two wires and a plug obviously is 2 core?? :)

Number 8 flashing yes while unset and when I try set to exit it's just beeping constantly doesn't go off like a normal alarm After vacating house
