Hi The upstairs toilet is fine alongside every other sink/bath etc The toilet when flushed water level comes up to scaringly high levels but then whooshes right down really quickly to quite a low level, should i still try the hot water?

Hi Andy Am waiting for neighbours to get home as have no idea where the manhole is. Would you suggest i try the toilet snake thingy? Or take up my friends offer (is a plumber just not in the area right now) to remove toilet and access pipe that way?

So I try the toilet snake pipe things first ? and next step a friend who is a plumber but cant come to my house for a few days (hence calling someone else) has volunteered to remove said toilet and remove blockage that way, is that wise?

Hi Thanks am going to go find it, although the other toilet in the house is fine, just this one, so wouldnt that suggest it is my toilets pipe to the soil pipe where the blockage is? What would you suggest? Have called a plumber he couldnt help? Someone else suggested i get the toilet...
