Hi, help needed! We've recently moved in to a 15 year old flat, we want to decorate the hall, but 2 of the walls have areas of cracked paint (see pic. -although this makes it look slightly worse than it is!). The walls sound a bit 'hollow'and we think perhaps it some sort of woodboard...
