    A single phase 100 (maximum) supply is unlikely to be adequate for retail unit, communal electrics and 2 flats. Investigating now to have 3 phase is probably the right thing to do. Your DNO should be able to tell you if it’s possible and how much it would cost.

    IMHO Yes because you have no idea where the cable entry is AND cables need to be run vertically or horizontally But in the case of , for example an oven, the safe zone is dictated by where the cable exits the wall

    For me the issue with potholes is that the contractors get paid to refill the same holes many times. Make them use decent filling systems and then the problem might just get a bit better

    Disagree 100% She got he place knowing the rules of the school and then tries to play the normal cards. Shame on her, she needs to find a more inclusive education establishment if its a real problem for her.
