    I have tried turning that one to both clockwise and anti clockwise direction, however, its literally impossible for me to turn it. I can tell the water is flowing through the pipe, hope that helps.

    my best guess is that you are talking about this: that screw thing is turned vertical and both white tap and the brass tap are turned anticlockwise.

    I have no idea what to do here. Should I get a screw driver and find an isolator valve near the blue pipe and turn the valve thing to vertical.

    How do I go on about replacing all the pipes, what will be the end cost. I have a vaillant boilder, would I also need to replace that too? I have tried to run the brass tap again and again, however, both of the brass taps seem impossible to turn.
