hello I am about to order a fluorescent tube. The one I am going to replace is 7ft 9 inches long (the actual tube is that length). I see that these tubes are for example 4ft, 5ft, 6ft, and 8ft. Does this mean I should buy an 8ft tube or do they actually make one that is 7ft 9inches? thanks

During hot weather it seems that my cold water tank does not fill so eventually the taps run dry. I have to tap the side of the tank in the evening when it is cooler and then i hear the water starting to flow into the tank and then from the tank to the taps. Does this mean a valve somewhere...
