Many thanks for your reply, obviously regs still stand even though not used as a garage.

Can I fit a uPVC front door to an integral garage leading into my kitchen or would it not be a allowed under fire regulations? I don't use the garage for my car as I use it as a utility room - fitted units/washing machine/tumble dryer, however it still has the up and over garage door. Thanks.
