I couldn't agree more. However, when you are actually in-store and the staff (including their Managers) are in the "computer says no" mode, there is not much you can do. I was lucky, probably because I had raised my voice a little whilst I educated them with my rights, and other Customers...

I joined this site yesterday and started this thread. Today I found that my account had been "Disabled by the Administrator" and I have no idea why. I have had to create this new account so that I can continue to contribute to this thread. Perhaps one of them works for B&Q and doesn't want...
