Hi, sorry for the lack of reply, the hot water has been on and off so not been able to do any other tests.

I'll pop to screwfix tomorrow and pick one up but i am a novice and will need some guidance what i am doing if that is ok?

Its on 45c so not too hot, ive tried lowering it but it does not turn it off.

The spindle moves easily with the actuator removed.

I changed the actuator to try and fix the problem, it did work for a month or so but it is on again. It does go off every now and then but have not been able to replicate it. I dont have a multimeter, will see if I can get one to test the wires.
