Well my good wife has not long got in and she has already jumped the gun and bought a Varilight 400W.. will this be ok?

Hi I have spent days trying to work this out so I hope someone can help! I have purchased a LV halogen system which is rated at 110 va with 5 20W lights attached. I am wanting to fit a dimmer (I have checked the light is dimmable), what Watt dimmer do I need.... is 400 ok? Any help...
