    Hi iv done all that, but still the red light remains on the WR1 indicating alarm in red??.iv even put new batteries in the RC5 and followed the institution leaflet, but still no joy!!. Cheers Jazz

    Here's a picture of the bolier, iv turned the central heating knob to zero now, so I can still get hot water, but if you can see the WR1 has a red light continually on indicating alarm????

    Hi hope someone can help, I have a RC5 and WR1 receiver heating system, everything's been fine but all of a sudden the heating had just come on and won't switch off, on tried evrything from checking the battery's and resetting the settings, I just can't seem to switch the heating off!!.its...
