HELP! Boiler hasn't been used for a week as new bathroom fitted. Builder said when he turned heating/hot water on at main switch board boiler didn't kick in and there is a loud grinding/whining sounds coming from motor next to hot water tank! We've had a look and unfortunately it keeps happening...
