    Utility Room Sink

Thanks for the tip. I have tried also looking for a unit that might be suitable for a utility room - like a stand alone unit for a deep Butler sink but all I can really find is smaller ones designed for a bathroom which aren't big enough to be of use in a utility room.

    Utility Room Sink

Hi, I'm looking to put a sink in a Utility room. The room isn't huge, but big enough for a washer, dryer, and a sink. I'm looking for something cheap/temporary for the time being while I work out a nicer more fitted solution with cupboards etc.. I would like a deep sink in a...

Rear extensions, doors on side elevation

Just because the door is in the side of the house doesn't mean it would automatically be overlooking a neighbour. Mine approved plans have a new door exiting to the side alleyway between houses. My view from the door is a brick wall.

    Party wall

I almost had to go through this with my extension, luckily my neighbours decided it wasn't needed. Essentially the company looks for new PP apps online, then sends a scary letter to your neighbours making them think that the Party Wall Act requires them to appoint someone to act on their...

    Demolishing outbuilding with concrete roof

Wow - thanks everyone for the helpful advice. I'm still a few months away from doing anything so will consult some experts to get their opinion and understand the costs of doing this. I'll post back when I've made some progress and let everyone know the approach I took.

    Demolishing outbuilding with concrete roof

Hi, This is my first official post to the forum - but I hope to be an active contributor moving forward. I recently purchased a house(semi-detached); in the rear of the house there is a concrete roof that houses a few small cupboards/sheds(including a toilet); the mirror image of this is...
