Unfortunately, the glass doesnt move. Its glass body, if that appropriate, is pushed up through the middle. I've tried to push this down but no budge and I was also worried that most parts with glass aren't really push fit?

Really could do with some guidance! Trying to change downlights in a newly bought house but cant get the halogen light to drop as the glass fitting prevents it. Tried to twist, push and pull anything but the frame wont budge. The glass wont pop down to give access to the bulb either...
