Haha well done. Whilst I appreciate that getting a new bed would seem like the obvious solution with 6-8 week wait times and few options for the type of bed we want and the fact that we have purchased a whole bundle of products that go alongside the bed the most viable option right now is...

He did ..it didn't work! He said it was the valve and he didn't know how to open it!

Please help! Just had an old refurbished cast iron rad fitted with these valves...http://www.westradiators.co.uk/radiator-valves/west-milan-st-c.php rad isnt heating up and plumber thinks the valve might not be open but there is no key and we cant see anyway of turning it on! Can anyone advise...
