Thanks for the tip re. resetting the boiler, but I did that about 10 times, so it was definitely not that. I had to give in and get someone in today who said some tubes needed cleaned out - very simple & very quick job. :), costed £40.

Hi I thought I'd fixed my Vokera boiler problems after I figured out how to add water to the system to increase the water pressure over 1. The boiler is now turned on and appears to be working but there's no heating or hot water. Can anyone advise on what to do? Thanks very much. Fiona
