    Retaining wall over waste pipe

    I have bifold doors that currently drop 40cm to the ground so I thought I'd build a raised patio. Problem is that the waste pipe is buried where I'd like to dig the foundations. So is it possible to build over the pipe? I can't see an alternative really.
