Hi again, and thank you for all your help, can you tell me how the burner pressures would cause a D1 code? because D1 is to do with the condenser, I just need a bit of backup when asking them to check the burner pressures. Many thanks! :lol:

yeah i agree, well we are going to give it a go, it is covered by the insurance so nothing to loose, if not it will be new boiler time! To be honest this boiler has been a nightmare from day one, i will take off the new parts and sell them on ebay, then have a sacrificial burning of the casing...
