Thanks for the reply, yes you are right. The micro switch is staying closed on the Hot water valve and demanding heat. How do you fix the micro switch?

First noticed that pump overrun never actually stopped. Thought PCB fault so have changed it twice but still have the same problem. Then noticed that the pipe work was always really hot and in about 20 mins of being in boiler area the boiler ignited twice and was alight for about 1 min each...
