    found out that it could be my belt that has snapped on my washing machine, and I was told to unscrew the back of the machine....but my machine has not got a back panel...?so can someone tell me how I would get to the snapped belt...?

    please can someone advice me. my Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine is making all the sounds of my clothes being washed, but instead nothing is moving, its taking the powder but that's all...would I be able to fix it...?
