Probably, but I suspect you need some special tools and some inside knowledge. I guess the watt hours refers to the fact that it does flash for every watt, so that is the finest level of granularity.

I think they can be programmed to show 'up to' two decimal places. This one obviously was programmed to show none.

Thanks for the responses. I did consider that there may be something fishy going on in the consumer unit, but I would not be comfortable taking that to bits so I think John is right and it is time to get a professional to take a look.

Hi John. Yes, the consumer unit is in the same cupboard, directly above the meter. The two cables from the meter (black and red) go directly into the consumer unit as far as I can see.
