Ok so got the wires connected to a switch that disconnects the battery from the car over night.. Got up this morning turned the switch on and the car starts. So if it didn't start while the battery was disconnected from the car then we would know it was a battery fault .. But now that it did...

Done a battery test, plugged it in and battery is showing as fine. Charged the battery and then disconnected it and the next morning it was still dead

Thanks for your suggestions will try these once the battery has been recharged as it's dead right now! I will come back with the result, and it's been too 2 auto sparks already

It's an electrical fault somewhere we just know that much :( thanks john

Yeah I'm not sure how it's worded but took it to an auto spark and he tried each wire individually to see if that was draining it.. No luck!
