    Take connections off thermistor, start boiler, if all well, thermistor fault. or link it and test. Depends on thermistor, try it.

    If boiler temp drops below 20 degrees on heating side boiler will fire up.Thermistor fault.

    Did you connect the 2 pipes to your new radiator to 2 seperate pipes from existing radiator, you didn`t just tee your new rad into one pipe?

    Electric showers are usually crap, but the higher the kilowatt the better the performance, power showers are the business, I have one with pump in loft it`s awesome, but i don`t have a rubbish combi cos combi`s are a waste of time.Don`t get a thermostatic ,it will be worse than your electric...

    Not a great idea, you will flood the loft for one and everything electrical must be isolated.Not as easy a job as it sounds to powerflush.Having a basic grasp of your system helps. You don`t have that unfortunately. Search powerflushing. :wink:

    Good size system boiler for your heating needs and an unvented hot water cylinder will give you hot water everywhere at mains pressure.
