any rules / regs towel rail rad min distance below window?
I would like to put a floor standing towel rail under a single glazed sash window in my bathroom but it only just fits. The fixing plate virtually touches the window surround. There is no overhanging window sill, just a small wooden nosing typical of victorian sash windows that sticks out...- hooofck
