Hi, I know this is an old thread but I have exactly this problem with the very same boiler, Did you manage to sort the problem?

When my boiler lights up very often it will carry on clicking then lock out. sometimes it will stay on and everything will be ok. Other days it will go for an hour or 2 then lockout. This can happen up to 4 or 5 times in one day. Going upstairs to keep relighting it is driving me mad. Does...
