    DIY Holiday Projects

The holidays are just around the corner which means for most a few weeks off. Here in AUS we are lucky enough to have awesome weather so I have a few projects lined up. The projects are: 1. Build a herb garden - using railroad sleepers to build it 'above ground'. I'm also going to build...

    kegerator - home brew

My neighbor built one a few years ago and it worked quite well. They just used a standard fridge and expending foam to seal the hole around tap that was through the side. Not too sure how they did the specifics but it was built during a 6-pack so mustn't have been too complicated!

    Shed Sound-proofing

I soundproofed my tin shed with hession weed matts (about 15mm thick each). I doubled them up to make a 30mm thickness and it dulled the noise by about 40%. So depending on what you're doing in their, and if your door is shut when you work, this might help reduce it a bit.
