Hello. yes... well I'm better with pastry than DIY for sure and if beading is strips of wood then I was wondering why windows aren't done like that? Car body filler I assume is a joke but maybe not, seems to be a lot of stuff I could have used, but in the end I gently painted over it anyway...

You DIY guys will love this. Without research, I put some putty into spaces in my windows (cos my dad did it once) and next day went out to paint the, obviously, now dry putty. OH! same as yesterday... not even a touch harder. I read the tub, properly this time... and it says 24 days not 24...
