    I've got an approx 250mm drop from my extension doors to the outside ground. My builder is planning to build steps outside. Should the step be immediate as you step out from the extension or should the first step be level with the extension. Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

    Hi, I've got a large extention to heat, approx 9m x 7m. Has anyone installed an air to air heat pump system like the pic? Seems a win win, heating in the winter and air con in the summer. Any thoughts? This one says its 28000 btu, not sure though if that's the hearing side or cooling side...
