    Jammed upvc window

That's an Aubi/Saracen, normally it is only the gearbox that has gone, there are a few versions, a cranked and flat version with either a 9.5mm or 11.5mm protruding deadbolt, as seen here https://windowparts.co.uk/aubi-saracen-window-gearbox.html .

    Jammed upvc window

I'd take the handle off first if you've not already done that, a broken handle or mashed espag cam could be ruled out or confirmed very easily, the video looks like it could help with moving the shootbolts if that's what's needed.

Help with Burn mark on UPVC Window

It looks quite deep, but could still be drastically improved, use wet & dry paper. You can buy wax kits for filling dents & gouges but I don't think they will help much in this situation.

    Replacing silicone sealant

Depends on a few things, how degraded the old silicone is, how thick the line of it is and the surfaces that its attached to, it can be either a really quick easy job or an absolute nightmare. A couple of hours is a long time but if it comes off in 5mm sections instead of getting a wedge of it...
