Ideal Logic Combi 35+ Hive Install Help

Stem, many thanks for your reply. It’s going to help a lot, for the moment and also due to the fact that Zone 2 is only the master bedroom I’m just going to use the 1 Hive Stat for the moment to control the main rooms. I can always add another along the line. Thanks again.

Hi all, basically I’m fitting a new Quarzt Composite sink into a worktop cut out this week, the sink itself doesnt have any strip for the edge itself, says to use Silicone. I was informed of a silicone seal strip that effectively is the same but can’t find it. Any tips what to use please? I...

Looking at changing my thermostat, advice please!

Not sure really chap, I care for my wife and if we're out and it's cold then I'd like to be able to turn the heating on so its warm when we get back! It's not imperative but it might prove handy at times!

Looking at changing my thermostat, advice please!

I understand the forum seems against Hive, all I'm looking for at the mo is a bit of control of the heating when we're out and on the way home etc! I can't afford to go the route previously stated on the thread at the mo!

Looking at changing my thermostat, advice please!

Oh right, I thought it was the case of replacing the control upstairs with the receiver (Hive) connecting the hub and stat and then setting up an account via the app or thats what I had thought anyway.
