Hi No we didn't use pva. The paint was diluted but 10% as the instructions said. I can't get pics right now but will try tomorrow. Yes scrapes off easily where the patches are. I've read on another page that an oil based primer may help? what would be your thoughts on this? Thanks

It didn't go on as easily as the rest of the paint did and had to be reapplied. To be honest I came on here for some advice as this is something I haven't done before but didn't expect to be greeted by someone acting like an arse. If you didn't understand what I meant it would've been easier to...

It's dry but then comes off with the second coat when that's wet. It's in random patches it's not the whole ceiling

The first coat was dry but it's all coming off on the roller when the next coat is still wet.
