    Thanks for the swift response. I'll have a read up on it. Some mixed thoughts on it online but Ill do more research. it's embedded in the concrete of the Patio so in order to remove it I will be smashing the old concrete and either getting rid of it or laying the new patio on top once broken...

    Hi, I'm not a diy'er more computers so will try to help in that forum! I have come across some material I have been told may be asbestos by a neighbor! its in the garden under an old patio which I am about to rip up and replace. I have attached a picture! There is a lot of it under the patio...
