Can anyone confirm the exact name of this roof tile type?

Looked at a house to buy - after an experts opinion on these cracks (see pics). All around same window. The adjacent exterior brickword doesnt appear to have any cracks. Doesnt move when pressed down. cheers

Are the cracks in the mortar in pic anything to worry about? I can see that areas have been repointed. Property i am looking at potentially buying. Unconfirmed but i understand potentially built on sandstone.

hi, I'm considering paying a firm to sound proof my living room party wall in my flat. (I'm midland based) The wall is 14ft by 8ft. Flooring is concrete. No one is above me - there's a loft. The noise is mainly airborne, talking and shouting etc. Residual noise I can live with. Opinions...
