Pulled and prised but no movement. Have also used wd40.- Jane007b

No screw under the cap on tap, please help!
Trying to remove a tap head to change a washer. Top cap, with red 'hot', unscrewed from tap head OK and Revealed just the threaded spindle where the hot cap screwed on. No screw to loosen tap head. I've checked tons of online help but nothing like this Photo here Please help guys- Jane007b
