My understanding is the two courses of blue bricks act as a DPC, so need to confirm where 150mm is taken from (Top, middle or bottom) please? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Would you say in the picture the patio level from the dpc is adequate (previous owner install). Im not sure where the dpc starts. Is it from bottom, middle or top of brick where the 150mm clearance is required.
