THe wash cycle runs through to the end. But the soap dispenser doesn't open to release the soap. It looks like some sort of electical switch shuold open it similar to a solenoid. Can you get spare parts anywhere??

When on spin the machine is very noisy, also the clothes have black lines on them. Thanks keithwasherman the machine has what is I think is a thermal trip it just needed pressing in to reset. The overheating was caused by the fan not blowing suficient air thro the heating element to cool it down, the vanes of the fan were completely bloked with what I think is fluff. After I...

The dryer is not woking. if I set the dry cycle for about 20mins then open the door the clother are still cold, is the heater broken. A second problem isI keep getting black lines on the clothes especilly when using long spin at 1600rpm. The machine is about 3 years old Thanks in advance

The drier is not working, after about 15mins I open the door and the clothes are still cold, is the heater broken. Also when the machine is on long spin at 1600rpm the clothes come out with black stripe marks on them. Thanks In advance Paul
