It would seem that the 1/4 turn ceramic valve inserts used in older Damixa kitchen mixer taps are no longer generally available. (Nov 2016). You can get replacements from specialist suppliers like those mentioned previously, but at ludicrous prices - it's almost worth buying a new tap instead...
