2 permitted developments on 1 LDC??

Because it's going to cost us obviously a lot of money- we got a refusal for planning on something which was 2cm over the size of a PD extension due to listed building next door so we don't want to have to fight to keep something we've already built- on a technicality. Our local planning is...

2 permitted developments on 1 LDC??

I see what you are saying - so is that why people do them separately? I'm positive they are both within rules (it's me with the side extension PD TWICE post) but I'm apprehensive as to how the council will proceed as planning has already been refused due to affecting 'the setting' of a listed...

2 permitted developments on 1 LDC??

Ok thanks- just weird that I've seen a lot submitted separately, so it made me wonder if there were any merits to that method?!

2 permitted developments on 1 LDC??

Hi We are about to submit our LDC form for 2 X side extensions that fall under PD, 1 at each end of our detached house. Should these be submitted on the same LDC form or 2 separate forms? I can find loads of examples of both ways online and can't decide which to do?? Are there any arguments for...

PD next door to a listed building

Thanks again. I am positive we are not within the curtilage- the listing was applied until 1955 and our house wasn't built until 1975 so isn't included. It's just within the 'setting' Sorry I'm just venting now. I hate that you have to try to 'wangle' a way around everything when it should be...

PD next door to a listed building

Well planning website says owners have to be advised of such also- we haven't up to now.

PD next door to a listed building

But by the letter of that concession I don't have to ask 'permission' It's just frustrating because PD says its for everyone unless it has been removed etc. None of which applies to us! But then there's this listing b*ll ache!

PD next door to a listed building

Thanks for that- neither of us are visible form highway or pedestrians- surrounded by 2 acres well off the road. So.... Are we ok?

PD next door to a listed building

Thanks- I understand what you're saying but I personally feel like PD is a right, we haven't had that right removed and we don't actually have to ask permission for it. So really it shiuldnt be a question, let alone a fight! What we are planning is an barn conversion looking structure so it...
