I've decided to get BG to service the boiler and issue a Landlord certificate. Let's see what 'extras' they come up with ... Couldn't get an independant local CORGI tradesperson to come have a look. Will keep you updated.

Yep.. thats what I thought as well. Have been told that they shy away from old boilers. If I do decide to put in a new boiler, would I be able to do so using the same pipework that goes into the BAXI ? Was thinking of placing the boiler where the Hot water tank is.
