    Annual Vaillant boiler F.75 error

Milleniumaire, the likely correct long term solution to your regular problem is to install an external expansion vessel. The 637 is a very powerful boiler with a small vessel, and unless you have a small system (and the boiler is therefore overpowered for your needs), it is likely that the...

    "The Vent" ???

All we really need is a forum where only Dan, Steel, Puller and Dilalio are allowed to post. Then ban them from the plumbing forum. Then the rest of the DIY newbies can post stupid questions without being insulted.

    One Radiator heating Intermittently

Does the return pipe also go "up" into the ceiling? These types of setups are renowned for air locks in the pipes.

    Bathroom Fan

Remember that DIY electrics in a bathroom is frowned upon, so weigh up the pros and cons there. Might even invalidate your building and contents insurance if the worst happens.

    Cast iron rad

You wouldn't want traditional cast iron radiators in a modern house. They won't look right, are far more expensive, and the performance is debatable. If you have a very grand period house then cast iron radiators are essential, otherwise you'll get fantastic output from a modern radiator for a...

Making radiator pipe shrouds from chrome pipe

The chrome pipe tees into your flow/return pipes under the floorboards. It runs straight up into your radiator valves. I don't know what this white pipe is that you are talking about. Maybe a picture would help.

Making radiator pipe shrouds from chrome pipe

I think you'll struggle to find lengths of 18mm chrome pipe. Aside from the expensive shrouds that you are keen to avoid. They are, of course, designed to be cut down with a hacksaw.

Making radiator pipe shrouds from chrome pipe

Well of course you will be able to fit 22mm pipe over 15mm pipe. You don't need to post here to ask that. It might look a bit stupid having thick pipes going up to your radiator valves. The ready-made ones you linked to fit snugly around the copper pipe.
