Thanks! This is what I did. Unfortunately, the MIC seems not to be working, the other person does not hear what we are saying. So, one last question. How may I test if the MIC is problematic OR something else happens centrally in the building?

So, based on soarkymarka I should have put the RED wire to "SPEAKER1" and take the BLUE wire from there and put it to "MIC1". Correct? I did this and the speaker does work, but not the MIC. How can I test whether the mic works or not? With a polymeter or something?
