I have taken over a house which has a very old and tired flat roofed extension to the rear. I want to replace this flat roof with a pitched (with 2 velux windows) so that I have more light and headroom.
The extension is approx. 5.0m x 3.2m.
What sort of cost am I looking at to get this work done?
