Morning all the temp control on the left hand side its quite difficult to move. I can do it but the kids struggle. Is there any lubricant which can make it easier to turn. Is this caused by lime scale. If i needed to take the cartridge out is there a recommended spanner/ tool for this Thank you

Morning all sorry to ask this question our hot water is really hot at the moment, it is connected to the nest via app, the hot water is set to default of 60 c , am i ok to reduce the temp by the app or does it need to be on default thank you

I have seen a similar issue with some of the latest galaxy panels and tech support have issued a firmware upgrade to cure, also a restart system can be made in parameters which sometimes cures it, hope this helps

Hi all i think the only oveflow is on the botton lhs, cant see anthing going into the flush pipe as per photo

I have just noticed that the toilet over flow is not connected to anything ie ,if it overflows it just goes straight onto bathroom floor, dont know why i just noticed it. What is the best way to resolve this .the overflow pipe is on the bottom lhs Thank you

Sorry this might be a stupid question going to get the part today as been on hol there is no isolating valve on the water inlet fill, do i have to totally isolate the water to change the valve, if thats the case i will do it at the stopcock
