    Thanks for your comments, they definitely paint a brighter picture! It certainly needs a bit of a facelift, both inside and out, which is why I was worried about having to shell out even more if a new roof is required.

I didn't manage to get over to the property to take some pics until today and could only take some from the front of the house, which is the same part of the roof as the internal shots.
