    replaced a diaphgram in a brittony 2t is it supposed to have a gasket as well as its now leaking. It has a water section repair kit in place and the body is brass. But didn\\\'t seem to have a gasket when it came off! Just a worn rubber diaphgram

    Could be a faulty RCD Get it checked by a Part P Qualified person or the system checked on a mega or a Fluke.

    Sounds like trapped air lock in system. Try draining and refilling to try and shift it or cranking open rads on the big nut ends as oppossed to the bleed screws, sometimes shifts an air lock. Also vent pump.

    What isolating valve???? As i said flow rate and water temp ok. There is no isolating valve on hot water outlet. Cold Water inlet opened and stop cock nothing restricting flow to appliance.

    Could be a blockage i.e water is not getting across the heat exchanger quick enough. Have you checked the inlet filters for debris??
