Vented is good and is normal on new cars these days. Only on the old micra and metro have i seen solid front discs. Even the last versions of the k11 had vented.

Comline are ECE R90, I tried a set and they get the job done. Howver, I use Icer and the difference is noticeable. Comline discs with better pads is OK. However, Comline pads is a no no. Allied Nippon are also the other name for Comline and have similar part numbers.
