It' a different kind of valve but did gain access by undoing the words smallest grub screw..similar valve but mounted on side...sprayed wd40 and smoother than it was but only way to get a hot shower is to set temp at55 then turn supply tap nearly off..dodgy valve or just the fact that it'...

Hi peeps...our 2015 Douglas James shower is playing up...think it' thermostat valve...is it just a case of unscrew old and pop new one in...taking it that it' grub screws on taps to gain access..
