    If it's only built 4 years ago it will have a mixing valve. Take the panel off the bath or look in the airing cupboard, maybe it's been adjusted. ok will try and find where that might be! thank you

    Thermostatic mixer valve. Did you try running basin tap at half open as suggested earlier ? If people ask you questions and you don't respond ,they tend to give up on trying to help you ,feeling ignored. sorry Terry, fair point! will make sure i reply to all, i missed some when looking on my mobile

    SOrry, I should have asked "does the blue light, which is constant mean there is an issue" i have turned hte boiler on and off, also done a reset and ive turned on and off at the mains. Blue light is always constant however

    Hello all, first post here so sorry if this is wrong or not enough info. Issue: The bathroom water temp is very low, slightly warm (not cold) for both sink tap and the shower. The temperature in the kitchen is fine from the sink tap (very hot to touch!) I have the latest nest thermostat...
